What is ReunionFYI.com?
We realize the most difficult part of coordinating a high school or family reunion is getting the word out and gathering information from potential attendees. The next most difficult item is notifying the attendees of updates as the plan comes together. We have solved both problems. For less than you will spend on postage, stationary and phone calls, we will provide you with a webpage that can be updated as your class or family reunion develops. (We realize these are a constant work in progress.) Your attendees have one location they can visit to input their contact information AND information for a Memory E-Book. They can also visit anytime to get the latest update on plans for the reunion. No one has to join or be a member of anything. This information input by your attendees will be forwarded to up to three E-mails of your choice as soon as the information is input. This will allow you to gather your contact information from one location. ReunionFYI.com is very simple. We don't require sign-ups, registration or log-ins. We have three goals; 1. To assist reunion coordinators in gathering the contact information necessary to facilitate a class or family reunion. 2. We want attendees to have one location they can visit for updates. You don't have to be a member, logged in or signed in. You just monitor the site of your reunion. 3. We provide the option to have the reunion last longer than the weekend. We want every attendee to leave with a ReunionFYI Memory E-Book that has attendee information so that you can stay in contact. This can be prepared by your coordinator by copying and pasting.
